Role & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Job Description based on mandates / specifications given by the Delivery
  • Manager
  • Sourcing matching profiles using various unconventional techniques using Job Boards, Job
  • Postings, Social Media, Head Hunting, References, Professional Network etc.,
  • Screening and validating candidates to ensure the best quality through robust interviewing
  • techniques
  • Documentation of the interviews for the ease of decision making
  • Communicate with the Candidates and Hiring Manager for the interview schedules and
  • feedbacks
  • Follow up with the selected candidates and ensuring their joining
  • Maintaining systematic and comprehensive reports on daily, weekly, monthly tasks
  • Maintain the candidates database
